A customer required a product development partner for the design and engineering of commercial and fire door operators, including the motor control unit.
Skantex led the complete electronics, firmware, and product design development from concept through production-ready deliverables, aligned with applicable UL compliance requirements.
The scope included system architecture, circuit design, PCB development, embedded firmware, power electronics integration, and engineering support for manufacturability and validation.
